摘要: Az utobbi evek molekularis biologiai kutatasainak egyik legjelentősebb fejlemenye a nem kodolo RNS-molekulak jelentősegenek felismerese volt. Kiderult, hogy genom 98%-at kitevő resz jelentekeny resze atirodik. A kismeretű RNS-ek (peldaul mikroRNS-ek) mellett mind tobb adat ismert 200 nukleotidtol 100 kilobazisig terjedő meretű hosszu, RNS-ekről, amelyek szamos alapvető folyamat (sejtosztodas, kromatinműkodes, mikroRNS-hatas stb.) szabalyozasaban jatszanak szerepet. E kozul tobbet kapcsolatba hoztak human daganatok kialakulasaval, igy H19, HOTAIR, MALAT1 stb. elterő kifejeződeset eszleltek daganatokban az egeszseges szovetekhez kepest. diagnosztika uj lehetősegeit kepviselhetik, es akar jovőben terapias beavatkozas celpontjai is lehetnek.
