摘要: Anacardic acid (6-pentadecylsalicylic acid), a major component of cashew nut shell liquid, consists heterogeneous mixture monoenes, dienes, and trienes. The enes anacardic was hydrogenated to saturated compound. Using as starting material, analogues sildenafil [a potent phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor an orally active drug for the treatment erectile dysfunction] were synthesized, observe effect pentadecyl side chain on PDE5 inhibition. synthesized compounds characterized by spectral studies tested inhibition, results compared with those obtained sildenafil.
