摘要: We have studied the spin-dependent transport properties of single-walled carbon nanotubes having mesoscopic ferromagnetic Co electrodes. The resistances contacted with voltage probe lengths about 0.4 and $1.5\ensuremath{\mu}\mathrm{m}$ change hysteretically as a function magnetic field, magnetoresistance 2.6%\char21{}3.4% at low temperatures, exhibiting spin-polarized electron transport. ratio was enhanced bias decreased to Coulomb blockade regime.
