摘要: Sr2, an important source of durable resistance to the wheat stem rust pathogen, is linked with a distinctive seedling chlorosis gene sc. The expression sc sensitive temperature and light. can be induced by inoculation or leaf pathogens also develops on uninfected leaves rusted plants. This excellent marker for Sr2 which previously was best monitored appearance pseudo-black chaff glumes upper resistance. However, latter are only detected late in season field-grown adult Chlorosis recessive F1 hybrids, however, it segregated dominant manner some F3 lines presumably due presence modifying genes.
