摘要: The insulin secretory response to glucose was studied in single pancreatic islets isolated from ob/ob mice and rats. perfusate an individual islet collected during 18-s periods analyzed for with ELISA technique. Increase of the concentration 3 ≥ 5.5 mM resulted pulses release often originating basal level having a frequency 0.4/min. Glucose regulation manifested by alterations amplitudes but not their frequency. It is concluded that large amplitude oscillations cytoplasmic Ca 2+ known occur β-cells have counterpart stimulation activity may be result recruitment more into oscillatory state.
