摘要: • The prognostic value of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum neuron-specific enolase brain-type creatine kinase isozyme (CK-BB) measurements was studied in 75 consecutive victims out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. All patients with a CSF level more than 24 ng/ml hours after arrest remained unconscious died. CK-BB as reliable an index brain injury.Cerebrospinal enolase, levels correlated the neurological outcome at 3 months. Thus, analysis these enzymes seems to be useful early assessment victims.
