摘要: It has been established that two developmentally and functionally distinct cell types emerge within the mammalian testis adrenal gland throughout life. Fetal adult of steroidogenic cells (i.e., testicular Leydig adrenocortical cells) develop in prenatal postnatal period, respectively. Although ovary synthesizes steroids postnatally, presence fetal-type not described. We had previously transgenic mouse lines which fetal were labeled with an EGFP reporter gene by FLE (fetal enhancer) Ad4BP/SF-1 (Nr5a1) gene.
