摘要: Dietary habits of healthy offspring with a positive family history premature coronary artery disease (P-CAD) have not been studied so far. The aim this study was twofold: (1) to identify dietary patterns in sample young adults (cases) and without (controls) P-CAD, (2) the association between P-CAD. data came from MAGNETIC case-control study. participants were aged 18–35 years old, (n = 351) P-CAD 338). collected food frequency questionnaire FFQ-6. (DP) derived using principal component analysis (PCA). associations adherence DPs investigated logistic regression. Two models created: crude adjusted for age, sex, smoking status, place residence, financial situation, education, physical activity at leisure time. Three identified: ‘prudent’, ‘westernized traditional’ ‘dairy, breakfast cereals, treats’. In both models, subjects showed higher by 31% 25% DP (odds ratio (OR) 1.31, 95% confidence interval (95% CI): 1.12–1.53; p < 0.005; per 1 unit standard deviation (SD) score adjOR 1.25, CI: 1.06–1.48; 0.007; SD score, respectively). Young present unfavorable are potentially target group CAD primary prevention programs.
