摘要: A novel methacrylated polydimethylsiloxane (mPDMS) was synthesized for the preparation of silicone hydrogel (SiHy). The SiHy functionalized with polysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid and alginic by construction an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure composed cross-linked backbones polysaccharide networks. We investigated protein adsorption resistance, toxicity, wettability, optical transparency, surface property SiHy. exhibited transmittance over 90% improved hydrophilicity. Importantly, amount adsorbed on polysaccharide-functionalized decreased significantly compared unmodified These results suggest that polysaccharide-modified may offer potential ophthalmic materials well antibiofouling coating materials.
