摘要: This paper investigates a high efficiency inverter design for EV. It firstly compares the with respect to topologies, device selections and modulation scheme at key operating points of typical driving cycle. Secondarily thermal air cooling is discussed. Then two-level prototype built. Finally, testing passive load provided.
