摘要: The reliability of an induction motor is paramount importance in industrial, commercial, aerospace and military applications. Bearing play important role the performance all systems. Due to close relationship between system development bearing assembly performance, it difficult imagine progress modern rotating machinery without consideration wide application bearing. Most faults arising motors are often linked faults. This paper presents experimental study diagnose fault with help Park’s vector approach. experiment conducted on 0.5 hp three phase motor. replicated laboratory by drilling outer inner race ball electric discharge machining. LabVIEW software used acquire signal. acquired signal analyzed Park current presentation generated programming LabVIEW. practical results show that Vector approach effective technique at early stage.
