Operative to eradicate tract can be attempted once infection has resolved activity controlled. approach should tailored according anatomy tract. Definitive challenging rarely leading true healing frequent complications recurrence. Treatment success must weighed against risk complications, specially anal sphincter injury. A full understanding all potential therapeutic critical for success. Multidisciplinary management fistulizing crucial improve outcomes.
