摘要: The majority of infants born with congenital heart disease are now expected to reach adulthood. As a group, however, those defects moderate or great complexity remain at risk for arrhythmias, failure, repeat interventions, and premature mortality in experience living lifelong medical condition may contribute unique psychosocial experiences an increased psychological distress, particularly depression anxiety. Other potential challenges include impaired social interactions, managing the transition from pediatric adult health care, advance care planning. Given these challenges, it is important develop evaluate strategies optimize quality life adults disease.
