摘要: Background. Malaria is one of the most significant infectious diseases in world, and causes a heavy toll infant mortality. Toll-like receptors (TLRs), key component innate immunity, are central to counter-infection. Variants TLRs-pathway signaling associated with susceptibility diseases. Methods. We genotyped single nucleotide polymorphisms TLRspathway genes patients mild malaria Plasmodiuminfected asymptomatic individuals (ASY) by polymerase chain reaction. Results. Genotype distributions for TLR-1 I602S differed significantly between ASY. The 602S allele revealed an OR 2.2 (P(Pc)=0.003(0.015) among Plasmodium (Pspp)-mild 2.1 (P(Pc)=0.015(0.75)) falciparum (Pf)-mild respectively. TLR6 S249P SNP showed excess homozygotes TLR-6 249P ASY compared Pspp-mild (P(Pc)=0.01(0.05); OR=2.1[95% CI 1.1–4.2]) suggesting that 249S may be risk factor 2.0[1.1-3.7]. TLR-9 -1486C strong association high parasitemia (P=0.0009). Conclusions. Our findings indicate variants while T-1486C parasitemia. This bring additional understanding pathogenesis malaria.
