摘要: In order to improve the quality of surface and subsurface steel plate, hot plate leveler cold are arranged after main roll mill. This paper mainly present design, control technology for drive roller (CPL), which has great function satisfy complex precise production. A special 9 single-roller strategy is indicated in paper, realized by calculating computer model monitoring data including general sequence (GSC), (GFC), leveling gap (LGC), entry (LRY), exit (LRX), single (LSR), adjustment mode (LAM), bend-roller 4*4(B44), exterior (LEC). Every rollers separately calculated implemented setting feedback value torque between roller. last section this some experiment results showed
