摘要: Well-organized TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated via one-step anodization process. The as-prepared nanotubes characterized by X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), diffuse reflectance (DRS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Photocatalytic activity of obtained photocatalyst was studied in reaction toluene degradation the gas phase using low powered cost light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) as an irradiation source. effect intensity initial pollutant concentration on photoactivity analyzed. Obtained smooth vertically oriented with a length about 1.7 ± 0.05 μm. inner diameter wall thickness 65 2 nm 6 0.4 nm, respectively. results showed that rate increased (from 0.0062 up to 0.0567 μmol/min) raising (50–400 ppm), while too high dose (about 50 mW/cm2) reduced photocatalytic rate. best stability three subsequent cycles observed for 38 mW/cm2. Moreover, it found over first order kinetic behavior.
