摘要: No evidence of vitamin B12 deficiency or any mechanism which might lead to deficiency, such as defective absorption increased urinary fecal excretion the vitamin, has been found in iron-deficient subjects whom gastric acid secretion and biopsies were normal. It is concluded that when occurs it result atrophy. An unexplained finding was delayed disappearance an intravenous dose Co58-B12 from plasma subjects.
