摘要: Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based, effective approach to help people with severe mental illness (SMI) achieve competitive employment. The aim of the present study explore experiences using a multifaceted implementation strategy (IPS + MIS), goal this was improve IPS by enhancing collaboration between health care vocational rehabilitation stakeholders, realizing secured funding ‘pay for performance’ element. A qualitative, exploratory performed semi-structured interviews clients (n = 10) two focus groups employment specialists (n = 7 n = 8) collect rich information about their IPS + MIS Thematic content analysis used analyse data. Themes related were identified, including importance discussing client’s motivation motives work, facilitators barriers obtaining maintaining employment, benefits counselling, organizational execution financial pay performance Although seems contribute improved implementation, identified in suggest that further steps are necessary promote SMI obtain maintain
