摘要: Pure and Sm-doped In2O3 porous nanotubes have been successfully fabricated by the single-capillary electrospinning method followed calcination. The as-synthesized were investigated X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive (EDX), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman spectra photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It can be seen in SEM images that surface of is distributed with numerous pores. Gas sensing investigation reveals possess high-performance formaldehyde properties. response gas sensors based on was 54.37 towards 100 ppm at 240 °C, which 5 times larger than pure (10.87). recovery to 9 40 s, respectively. Moreover, even low concentration 100 ppb formaldehyde, a detectable 2.1 observed. Furthermore, nanotube excellent selectivity formaldehyde.
