High-MDQ participants had higher levels neuroticism, low mood, lifetime anxiety comorbidity alcohol dependence compared low-MDQ participants. showed facilitated recognition surprised neutral expressions enhanced versus negative information memory startle. There no effects on categorisation/recall or attentional bias task. Conclusions: These results suggest show despite increased anxiety. Such represent psychological marker phenotype.
