摘要: Previous work indicated that cinnamon was inhibitory to the growth of aflatoxin-producing molds. The objective this study determine specific components and cloves may be effective against mold toxin production. effects oil, clove cinnamic aldehyde eugenol on aflatoxin production by Aspergillus parasiticus were studied using yeast-extract sucrose broth as substrate. All four substances inhibited subsequent Cinnamon oils at 200–250 ppm, 150 ppm 125 ppm.
