摘要: A total of 36 consecutive clinical and two fecal-screening carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from Bulgarian university hospitals (Varna Pleven) were investigated. Susceptibility testing, conjugation experiments, plasmid replicon typing carried out. Beta-lactamases characterized by isoelectric focusing, PCR, sequencing. Clonal relatedness was investigated RAPD multilocus sequence (MLST). Most the demonstrated multidrug resistance profile. Amikacin tigecycline retained good activity with susceptibility rates 95 87%, respectively. The rate to colistin 63%. Six RAPD- MLST-types identified: dominating MLST-type ST15 (27 isolates), followed ST76 (six ST1350 (two isolates). ST101, ST258, ST151 detected once. All except one K. pneumoniae produced KPC-2, mostly in combination CTX-M-15, while for isolate (ST101) enzymes OXA-48 CTX-M-14 found. KPC-2-producing transconjugants revealed presence IncFII plasmid. OXA-48- CTX-M-14-producing showed L/M type. dissemination K.pneumoniae Bulgaria is mainly due sustained spread successful clone a lesser extent clone. This first report producing ST101 K. pneumoniae Bulgaria.
