摘要: Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic relapsed intestinal disease with an increasing incidence around the world. The pathophysiology of UC remains unclear. However, role interaction between enteric nervous system and immune in pathogenesis has been focus attention become research hotspot. Vasoactive peptide (VIP) kind endogenous neuropeptide regulatory activity on immunity. It shown to regulate disorders animal human experiments effective anti-inflammatory modulator that affects innate adaptive system. Regulatory B cells (Bregs) are new group negatively immunity have received extensive circles. Bregs can tolerance by producing interleukin (IL)-10, IL-35, transforming growth factor-β, suppressing autoimmune diseases or excessive inflammatory responses. secretion IL-10 induces development T helper (Th) 0 Th2 cells. also cytokines inhibits Th1 cytokines, thereby inhibiting Th1/Th2 balance. With further clarity mechanism regulation expression VIP patients, we believe provide novel strategy for clinical treatment UC. Thus, aim review current literature this evolving topic.
