摘要: A method is described for the determination of chlortetracycline residues in tissue samples. The samples were extracted into a hydrochloric acid-glycine solution and extracts concentrated purified on cyclohexyl-bonded reversed-phase cartridges. Any present was converted to iso-chlortetracycline at pH 12, which then separated from interfering compounds polymeric column using high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. detection limits assay 20 50 ng g–1, respectively, making it suitable statutory residue testing purposes.
