摘要: In this paper, a high-efficiency all solid-state nanosecond pulsed generator for dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is designed, consisting of Marx generator, Blumlein transmission lines and one magnetic switch (MS). are charged by into the load after MS turns on. For comparisons, experiments were carried out with three loads including matched resistor, air gap DBD load. Experimental results have been given. This capable providing pulses voltage up to 20 kV duration 220 ns on 100 ohm resistor at efficiency 90.8%. With load, current presents bipolar square-wave attenuation oscillation ns. Special emphasis given It found that there over ten discharges in 4 microseconds under single-shot condition. Theoretic analysis illustrates high great potential value industrial applications.
