摘要: Considering the diseases covered in this chapter, one might wonder if a better title would be bronchial and transbronchial diseases. This latter term is much broader, includes small large airway disease (Chapters 23 24), mucoviscidosis, as discussed pediatric population (Chapter 4) mentioned here adults, tracheobronchomegaly 4), polychondritis-tracheomalacia, infiltrative such amyloid tracheal ossification (or tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica) 20), allergic reactions of mucoid impaction bronchocentric granulomatosis 13). Although obstruction may caused by foreign bodies, it more often tumor masses (see Chapters 28 29); endobronchial especially likely, but those infiltrating wall or causing external compression also cause obstruction. Other causes enlarged nodes produce partial complete Bronchiolitis obliterans obliterative bronchiolitis) bronchiolar form obstruction, has inflammatory postinflammatory causes. Sound knowledge anatomy (as defined Chapter 2) will rewarded understanding aspiration abscess formation. Specific infections that complicate some these processes are infection chapters. Anaerobic bacteria their role necrotizing pneumonia, formation, empyema.
