摘要: End-stage renal disease (ESRD) and its treatment present ethical issues for patients, family members, physicians, health-care policy-makers politicians, society as a whole. Ethical regarding this group of patients have national international implications. A clinical practical perspective from which to view these is the life cycle ESRD patient (1). go through phase preparation ESRD, may be extremely variable in length, choosing modality initiating care, maintenance phase, dying death The implications challenges each phases are necessarily different.
