摘要: ABSTRACT The Black Curassow (Crax alector) is a large game bird with Vulnerable conservation status found in north-central South America. We examined its distributional pattern across French Guiana using number of environmental descriptors at 3 scales analysis: landscape, forest type, and microhabitat. used hierarchical model temporary emigration imperfect detection for data collected by standard distance sampling methods 35 study sites. At the landscape scale, density decreased hunting pressure increased steeper slopes both hunted unhunted areas.
