摘要: The possibility of a close relationship between depression and headache has been investigated by many authors; supported clinical, biochemical pharmacological findings. In the present study features headaches were in sample 58 depressed inpatients, selected according to Feighner's diagnostic criteria. Head pain was found over 50% depressed, with greater incidence within psychogenic group. On other hand did not correlate nuclear symptoms (depressed mood, guilt, retardation, inadequacy); it correlated tension somatic anxiety. authors conclude that headache, as symptom depressive syndrome, must be considered only an accessory component depression, but central feature syndrome.
