摘要: Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) infection is one of the most important causes economic losses in commercial poultry Egypt spite different control strategies applied. The current study dealt with Egyptian MG isolates obtained from flocks ages and showing health status. Tracheal samples selected breeder were subjected to real time polymerase chain reaction (rt PCR). DNA extracts positive rt PCR sent for mgc2 gene sequencing. In addition, sequences published strains GenBank molecular characterization comparison reference field vaccine strains. sequence analysis showed that there are nucleotides subsequent amino acids changes gained by which have led significant antigenic alterations. These profile could affect control.
