摘要: The use of probiotics (live micro-organisms or their products which provide benefit to the host) are gaining widespread in aquaculture as an effective, environmentally sensitive means disease control. Candidates have included Gram-positive (Bacillus, Carnobacterium, Enterococcus, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Streptococcus) Gram-negative bacteria (Aeromonas, Alteromonas, Photorhodobacterium, Pseudomonas, Roseobacter Vibrio), microalgae (Tetraselmis) yeasts (Phaffia Saccharomyces). Experience from agriculture human medicine suggest that modes action likely involve competitive exclusion, i.e. probiotic actively excludes colonisation potential pathogens by antibiosis competition for nutrients and/or mucosal space, alteration microbial metabolism, stimulation host immunity. Probiotics may also stimulate appetite improve nutrition production vitamins, detoxification compounds diet, breakdown indigestible components diet supplementation with exogenous enzymes.
