摘要: Typhoons are an environmental threat that mainly affects coastal regions worldwide. The interactive effects of natural and socioeconomic factors on the losses caused by typhoon disasters need further examination. In this study, GeoDetector was used to quantify determinant powers their rate house collapse in Guangdong Guangxi Provinces southeast China Typhoon Mangkhut 2018. We identify dominant influenced disaster losses. local indicators spatial association method then introduced explain heterogeneity under influence factor. results indicate both significantly affected rate. maximum precipitation factor, with a q value 0.21, followed slope elevation, values of 0.17 0.13, respectively. Population density per capita gross domestic product had 0.15 Among all influencing factors, effect elevation ratio brick-wood houses greatest (q = 0.63) These can contribute formulation more specific safety property protection policies.
