摘要: Abstract Fe/Zr multilayers with various modulation wavelengths (Λ) were synthesized by sputter deposition. A structure change due to solid state amorphization and crystallization was studied using X-ray diffraction, HRTEM RBS techniques. It found that the depends significantly on annealing temperature wavelength.
