摘要: Skin cancer is one of the most commonly occurring types, with substantial social, physical, and financial burdens on both individuals societies. Although role UV light in initiating skin development has been well characterized, genetic studies continue to show that predisposing factors can influence an individual's susceptibility response treatment. In future, it hoped profiles, comprising a number markers collectively involved treatment or prognosis, will aid more accurately informing practitioners' choices Individualized based these profiles potential increase efficacy treatments, saving time money for patient by avoiding need extensive repeated Increased responses may turn prevent recurrence cancers, reducing burden this disease society. Currently existing pharmacogenomic tests, such as those assess variation metabolism anticancer drug fluorouracil, have reduce toxic effects anti-tumor drugs used non-melanoma (NMSC) determining individualized appropriate dosage. If savings generated adverse events negate costs developing testing increasingly inform personalized NMSC
