摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing recombinant desulphatohirudin by means of culturing microorganisms. Concerning the codon usage microorganisms synthesized nucleotide sequences were joined downstream and in reading frame with isolated promoters signal sequences, subsequently expression/secretion cassettes comprising foregoing elements inserted into plasmid DNAs allowing cultivation cells under selective culture conditions. E. coli, Saccharomyces Streptomyces species transformed said plasmids biosynthesize thrombin inhibitor HV-1 which was then identified. thus-produced can be used inhibit blood coagulation.
