摘要: Disclosed herein are methods and circuitry for monitoring adjusting a compliance voltage in an implantable stimulator devices to optimal value that is sufficiently high allow proper circuit performance (i.e., sufficient current output), but low enough power not needlessly wasted via excessive drops across the output circuitry. The algorithm measures voltages source sink during at least periods of actual stimulation when both sources sinks operable, adjusts so as reduce these within guard band values preferably indicative operation transistor saturation. can additionally be monitored between pulses improve accuracy measurement, further beneficial such additional measurements perceptible patient.
