摘要: A method of making foam glass by impregnating diatomaceous earth, fly ash or mixtures thereof, and insoluble modifiers, if any, with at least one water soluble former in an amount expressed as its oxide about 2.5 to 20 weight percent the impregnated thereof; flux 8 gas generator. The thereof is mixing solution comprising 3 14 percent; 10 generator, 50 80 percent. Excess removed heated a sufficient temperature, generally 720° 1000° C., cause foaming thereof. foamed cooled body thus formed.
