Job Quality, Innovation and Employment – a Structural Equation Modeling on Regional Level

摘要: Job quality (JQ) covers the aspects that contribute to wellbeing through impact on material living conditions or of life at work. The research aims evaluate relationship between jobs, in combination with dimensions innovation and other economic social indicators, performance labor market. analysis is carried out level 193 NUTS 1, 2 3 territorial administrative regions. estimated based results Eurofound’s sixth Working Conditions Survey 2015 (EWCS), which outlines some defining features job quality. In JQ growth employment, we also introduced influences activities concerning human resources involved, financial support for creation collaborative networks innovators, as well intellectual assets form patents applications, trademarks design. our structural equations modeling reveal an intense positive causal output (intellectual assets) specific attributes quality, especially regarding prospects, skills discretion, increase rate employment.
