摘要: One of the fundamental areas biochemistry is mechanism enzyme action. This problem in catalysis may be stated as: “How does a protein catalyze an organic reaction ?” Although no definitive answer has been given for any enzyme, sufficient progress toward this goal made to justify present conference, and future portends great advances area. The study enzymatic mechanisms offers possibility learning one life’s secrets by application chemical principles, also enhancing ideas from what can do which lowly chemist cannot.
