Hearing threshold evaluation of dentists in Babol (North of Iran)

摘要: Introduction: Noise in dental offices is one of the risk factors workplace. One major effects noise hearing loss. This study aimed to determine on thresholds dentists Babol city. Methods: descriptive analytical cross-sectional was performed 40 City (as case group) and office workers control group). Hearing were measured from all subjects. The mean threshold calculated at different frequencies each group compared with number 15 db. data analyzed by statistical software SPSS 17 p≤0.05was considered significant.
