摘要: The development of managed care is described as an unexpected product competition between public and private purchasers health care. Managed a series purchasing techniques that employers have applied to reduce the cost their employees' benefits. Its most significant use has been device for bargaining with individual providers by encouraging or requiring employees purchase services from select set providers. Selective contracting broken 40-year-old barrier price among providers, who responded this negotiating tactic forming joining larger organizational units strengthen power. Although so-called revolution reduced rate increase in costs creating more competitive environment, it simply start toward effective market.
