摘要: A theoretical treatment of the response ion sensitive electrodes in flow-injection analysis is presented with emphasis on influence sample dispersion and addition sensed to carrier solution. Guidelines are given for optimal conditions respect desired working range sensitivity, i.e., slope calibration plot. The comparison predicted data experimental results obtained fluoride iodide showed significant deviations due slow response. For low systems (D max ≈ 1) a method linearization plot proposed.
