摘要: Summary We summarize the knowledge about three species of Zalophus sea lions (one believed to be extinct: Japanese lion), explain latest state taxonomy, and briefly describe their behavior, ecology, life history, pointing out differences among populations within California lion as well differences. Important sources threats are mentioned. These were hunting in past, but now habitat degradation, including pollutants bycatch through net entanglements.
