摘要: Published studies have shown that overproduction of very low density lipoproteins is a major factor leading to hypertiglyceridemia in obesity. Few systematic triglyceride removal or postheparin lipoprotein lipase activity (LPLA) obesity appeared. We examined heparin-released hydrolase activities 12 lean and obese age- sex-matched volunteers after overnight fasting. Heparin doses were calculated compensate for the disproportionality between body mass plasma volume Triglyceride hepatic (HTGLA) extrahepatic origin distinguished by vitro inhibition LPLA with protamine sulfate. Incremental heparin given each subject determine under conditions maximal release define sensitivity heparin-facilitated release. Maximal HTGLA (u/ml u/total vol) similar individuals despite nearly three-fold increase adipose tissue obese. Since has been reported proportion adipocyte size, lack difference was expected. There an inverse correlation concentration LPLA/kg tissue. These empirical observations may reflect relatively decreased heparin-releaseable (functional) relation organ subjects. The mechanism this relationship not established.
