摘要: A series of 13 sudden increases in the proton flux was observed at L > 8 on subsolar side magnetosphere during August, September, and October 1961. These are strongly correlated with appearance negative magnetic bays auroral zone. The exhibit intensities J (>100 kev) ≲ 106 p/cm² sec ster. particle intensity rise time is order 10 minutes. protons have peaked energy distributions, peak decreases a period about 1 hour from 300 key to 100 key. events interpreted as drifting earth's after being injected into it night side.
