摘要: Genetic lesions in proto-oncogenes result the perturbation of angiogenesis, formation neovessels from a pre-existing microvasculature. Similarly, subversion tumor suppressor genes promotes vascularization. Excessive neovessel is associated with various neoplasms such as infantile hemangiomas (IH). Hemangiomas are most common tumors pediatric patients and at present have no definitive treatment. The pathogenesis IH not well understood; however, both vasculogenesis angiogenesis hemangioma genesis. A number factors that modulate been shown to be dysregulated IH. Several oncogenes suppressors linked promotion also altered hemangioma. In this review, roles during neovascularization genesis explored. addition, potential for targeting these therapy discussed.
