摘要: Heavy meromyosin (HMM) forms characteristic arrowhead complexes with actin filaments in situ. These are readily visualized sectioned muscle. Following HMM treatment similar appear fibroblasts, chondrogenic cells, nerve and several types of epithelial cells. Thin freshly isolated from cells also bind form structures negatively stained preparations. HMM-filament prominent the cortex a variety normal metaphase Colcemid-arrested There is no detectable binding other cellular components such as microtubules, 100-A filaments, tonofilaments, membranes, nuclei, or collagen fibrils. The significance discussed view finding that not usually thought to contain filaments.
