摘要: Blood-brain barrier (BBB) disruption has been associated with several acute and chronic brain disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease epilepsy. This represents a critical situation because damaged integrity of the BBB is related to influx immune mediators, plasma proteins other outside elements from blood central nervous system (CNS) that may trigger cascade events leads neuroinflammation. In this review, evidence mast cells release factors histamine play an important role in neuroinflammatory process epilepsy presented.
