摘要: V ions were implanted into quartz (single crystals of SiO2) at doses 3 ×1016–1 ×1017 ions/cm2 20 keV. The changes in the optical properties and microstructures measured while annealing sample air temperatures up to 800 °C. For as-implanted sample, nanoparticles including metallic state confirmed be formed layer. absorption spectrum showed a tendency monotonic increase toward short wavelengths. When samples heated temperature range 450–650 °C air, large narrow peak was observed approximately 402–418 nm with shift longer wavelengths as increased. After heating 500 °C, surface yellow-green. micromorphology slightly roughened after randomly dispersed microcrystals concavities. Bleaching this color occurred when 550 for 30 h or 700 1 h. found flat, some still chemical layer metallic, core line 2p3/2 shifted by about 2.7 eV from that state. binding energy 515 eV, which corresponds vanadium oxides.
