摘要: The evaluation of mixed layerwise theories to calculate the in-plane and out-of-plane responses thick plates in two-dimensional modeling multilayered structures is made. employed models, which were proposed by author earlier works, a priori fulfill continuity transverse shear normal stress components at interface between two adjacent layers. A Reissner's variational equation used derive governing equations, terms introduced displacement variables. conditions are imposed writing equations level. related standard formulations also discussed for comparison purpose. Closed-form solutions presented made orthotropic lamina bent harmonic distribution pressure. Symmetrically unsymmetrically laminated, as well sandwich, have been investigated. with three-dimensional-elasticity analysis shows that present models furnish better description response respect existing equivalent single-layer theories. In particular, describe, excellent accuracy, fields. Unlike available current these fields herein determined without requiring implementation any postprocessing procedures. plate thickness direction shown most problems.
